The Amalfi Coast is a fabulous place where everyone who goes to Italy will want to see. The homes that are intricately embedded in the mountainside look as though a quake would shake them right off and into the sea below. These homes are of amazing architectural design and are beautifully laid out.

 

The Amalfi Coast is a must see day trip. Beware, the narrow roads are extremely congested as there are only two lanes to navigate with droves of people vying for a glimpse of this place. The buses, trucks and cars must wait for space to move forward around the curves. 

 

Heading into the neighborhoods you will find lots of little shops selling clothing and knick knacks to tourist. There are many eateries, bars and coffee shops to peruse as well. The streets are bustling with people from different countries so the dialects you hear will vary widely as you walk through the streets of the Amalfi Coast.
