These are a few of the images that we saw on our eight hour journey through the rural countryside on the bus ride to, Mombasa. There are colorful buses transporting locals to the city, a herd of camel moving slowly about, motorbike taxis for hire that can carry up to four, handbuilt rural markets that sell produce and bags to carry it, a tuk tuk delivering a sofa, women walking on rural roads to source water and also one carrying melons on her crown, tribesman and cattle herds are all on the road to Mombasa.
