We leave the safari camp at 6 am heading to the Maasai Mara Reserve during our three day adventure. The vans are roaming the Serengeti in search of the animals. We are all excited to see the animals in their natural habitat. The terrain was a bit harsh with deeply uneven roads which made for a seriously bumpy ride.

 

There was frenzied chatter from the radio each morning as the safari driver listened for animal sightings that the drivers shared in their native Swahili language. These are photos of some of the vehicles that joined in on the safari adventure.
