We went to the capitol of Spain to the city of Madrid for a few days to visit our daughter who was living in the area at the time. Below you will see a photo of the downtown area which is where most tourists tend to populate. This posting is a brief view of what we experienced in city, however, I have a few more experiences in Madrid in video form which I will post.
